Training Program
Training Program:

- In order to create a dynamic environment for employees to actively study and improve their skills keeping up the resource development plan, the company will provide training allowance for a number of capable and effective employees. Specifically, employees in the training plan category will be subsidized to participate in professional training courses such as: Management, Engineering, Technology, Foreign Languages, etc., that are suitable with their current duties or towards the Long Hoang's staff promotion planning.

- Training methods can be in the country and abroad. The subsidy covers part or all of the tuition fees, other expenses during training like accommodation, transportation will be given according to the plan of each course and specific circumstances.

Insurance Regime
Insurance Regime:

- The Company and its employees are responsible for complying with the Labor Law and the Law of Social Insurance as well as health insurance (health insurance), and unemployment insurance (UI).

- For some special positions or for employees who have worked for 5 years or more, employees with good achievements in the year, Long Hoang may approve to award some other types of insurance to demonstrate the Company's special treat to employees, for example 24/24 accident insurance.

Marriage Allowance
Marriage Allowance:

- Married employees themselves: 5,000,000 VND / case if they widely announce everyone in Long Hoang and invite other employees of the Company.

- If husband and wife are both employees of Long Hoang Company, when married, each employee is entitled to 01 above allowance.

- The Company applies preferential prices depending on the the rank of the employees who organize weddings at restaurants, members, or units of C.T Group.

Funeral Allowance
Funeral Allowance:

- Parents of employee, employee's parents in law, child of employee, or wife/husband of employee pass away: 2,000,000 VND / case

- The employee's death: at least 10,000,000 VND / case, depending on the position/rank/situation.

Illness/sickness Allowance
Illness/sickness Allowance:

Beside the allowances from Social Insurance, Medical Insurance, etc. The Company also support:

- 1.000.000 VND/case if the employee has to be hospitalized for treatment and hospital bill worth over 3,000,000 VND - not more than 02 times/year. 

- In case of an incurable disease that requires long-term treatment, Long Hoang will consider providing additional support depending on specific circumstances.

- The Executive Board is responsible for visiting employees when they are sick, hospitalized, etc.

Maternity Allowance For Female Employees
Maternity Allowance For Female Employees:

In addition to having maternity benefits under the provisions of the Social Insurance, the company also provides an extra 01 month basic salary for female employees who have worked continuously at Long Hoang Organization for 02 years or more.

Birthday's Gifts
Birthday's Gifts:

- Each employee will be given flowers (applying to the employee who signed the official labor contract) and 01 discount coupon when buying products or services of the members & units of C.T Group as prescribed.

- Rank C and above: voucher 2.000.000 VND and flowers which is worth 500.000 VND.

- Rank M and above: voucher 1.500.000 VND and flowers which is worth 500.000 VND.

- Rank E and below: voucher 1.000.000 VND.

Periodic Health Examination
Periodic Health Examination:

All employees of the Company are organized to have periodic health examination once a year.
