 TRAINING PROGRAM

Professional security guards are trained in profession of security guard and other further skills:

1. Targets of Training:

- Practising quality of profession.

- Training Martial Arts, Statulation, Posture, Manners.

- Equipping knowledge of Laws, Profession of Security Guard and other further skills to entirely meet the need of order and security for the market’s ensura.

2.Form of Training:

Concentration Training at classes of security profession training opened by the Company.

3.Graduation of Course:

Security guards  will be issued Certificate of Graduation from Course of Professional Security Guard by the Company.
 
Training of Upgrade Security Guard Profession’s Levels:

2.Plan of Training:

Every year the Director of Security Profession  makes Plan of Training to present to the Director for reviewing.

3.Policy of Security Gủad: 

-  Off from task for training with 100% basic salary.

- Ensure of Working while Trained will be paid full salary with regulated allowances.

4.Appreciation of Training's Result:

- Meet the Standard: Eligible for continuously working.

- Not Meet: Considered for Other Task’s Transference or ended the Labor Contract.
